How Your Message Will Stand-Out Against the Crowd of Other Network Marketers

Marketing communications hasn’t taught that much in the network marketing industry. The reason why because it will make things too complicated, your downlines might be having a hard time duplicating it, and most of their time will be spend on studying instead of making a sale.

But lacking of marketing communication skills is the reason why 97% of network marketers didn’t make any dime. Communication skills is very important but can not be learned in just one sitting on a meeting nor by reading books alone. Yes, books can help, but the only way that a person can develop this skill is through applications and observing experts on how they are doing it. In other words communication skill is gained through experience.

Communication skill is not just being talkative like “blah, blah blah and blah blah blah.” It’s about 80% listening to your market and 20% giving message. And that 20% is adding value and giving solution to your market which is based on the 80% that you heard from. So listening is the most important ingredient in communication.

Now, let’s focus more on Marketing Communications.

I define marketing communications as giving the right message to the right market through a right media such as TV Ads, fliers, blogs, WOM (Word of Mouth), etc.

The reasons why most networkers fail is because they are:

  • Giving the right message to the wrong market
  • Giving the wrong message to the right market
  • Giving the right message to the right market but through a wrong media
  • Giving the wrong message to the wrong market through a right media

In order for a network marketer to stand against from the clutter and noise of other marketers or competiting brands; a marketer must indentify their:

A. Market

  • Who is your market?
  • Who are you trying to reach?
  • What are you prospect’s needs and wants?
  • Why will your prospects pay your enrollment price?
  • What do your prospects value?

B. Marketing Message

  • Compelling Message
  • Compell prospects to call or contact you?
  • How will your message stand out from the clutter and noise of everyday?

C. What Are your Media

  • How will you reach your market?
  • Will you use the internet?
  • Is it purely offline?

Below is an example of an advert that Mike Dillardauthor of best selling course Magnetic Sponsoring used that brings in more than $20,000,000 in revenue over the last 5 years. See below:

Only Suckers Buy Leads - Free Videos Show You How To Attract Endless Prospects To You.

Notice how the advert was written. It show’s that the target market and the message of the advert are not people who are looking for a network marketing opportunity. But the target market are the 97% of the people who are not making a dime in the industry and looking for a solution on how can they make their business work.

The media that Mike use is online; Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising because his target market are networkers who are searching for a solution Google.

Now, are you getting what I mean?

Let’s compare Mike’s advert to what 97% of the people in the industry are doing. Below is the sample of an advert.

New Network Marketing Company Open’s on June 20xx, Secure your position NOW! Easy Complan, Earn 4,500 per pairing, for only 7,000 entry

Do you think this marketing message is effective enough to bring in endless distributors in your opportunity? If 97% of networkers are using the same advert what is the chance of  your marketing message to stand-out against the crowd of networkers? And does the message brings solutions to 97% of networkers who are not making any dime?

If you are doing what the 97% of the people are doing in the industry therefore you are doomed for failure that is why only 3% of the people are making money in the industry. Therefore using a right media to bring the right message to the right prospect is the factor to consider to bring in millions of revenue to your wallet. Develop your Marketing Communications skills!
